Upper Left Volleyball provides a complete pathway for athletes at every stage of their journey — from youth development to elite competition. Our programs are built to develop skill, confidence, and character while growing the game of volleyball for athletes of all ages across the Pacific Northwest.
Youth Development Program (U12–U18)

Our youth program is designed to build strong fundamentals, skill development, and competitive experience. Athletes receive quality coaching in a structured, high-energy environment that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and a love for the game.
In addition to team training, Upper Left hosts Open Gyms, providing athletes with extra court time to sharpen skills, compete, and gain valuable game experience in a fun and competitive setting. Open Gyms also create an accessible entry point for new players interested in learning more about the sport and our program.

Adult Leagues & Tournaments

Upper Left offers organized adult leagues and competitive tournaments that bring athletes together in a fun, challenging, and professionally run environment. Whether you’re competing at a high level or staying active in the sport you love, our adult programs create meaningful opportunities to play year-round.

Each year, Upper Left proudly brings teams to compete at the USA Volleyball Adult Open National Championships, representing the Pacific Northwest on one of the sport’s biggest stages. This commitment reflects our dedication to high-level competition, player development, and continued growth within the adult game.
Upper Left VLA Team

Our newest addition, the Upper Left VLA Team, represents the highest level of competition within our organization. Competing in the Volleyball League of America, this team showcases elite talent and provides a visible pathway for aspiring athletes. It reflects our commitment to elevating the game and representing the Pacific Northwest on a national stage.
